no need to actively clear your mind or control your breathing — just lie down on the floor. simple as that.
whether you wanna close your eyes or gaze up at the ceiling,
whether you wanna bask in the silence, or put on some tunes or ambient noise,
whether you only have a few minutes to escape or several hours to drift
— it's all good, baby.
